Custom Made Stainless Steel Parts

Big S were asked to fabricate custom-made stainless steel tank spears for a customer with a new brewery.

The customer has a mix of tanks and wanted the ability to clean them in place (CIP) with a CIP spray ball without altering the tanks.

• Big S took all the information required and set about making a trio of custom tank spears:

• 1x 3/8” BSP to Din 25 spears

• 1x 3” BSP to 1” RJT spear

• 1x 3” to 1”-1.5” Tri Union spear

All tank spears were fitted with a 1”-1.5” Tri Union fittings to suit the customers hoses.

The set was sent buy courier and the job was completed from order to delivery in less than a week.
